Here's paypal response to a couple emails that i've sent them reporting a company for selling counterfeited and fake items.

Dear Denise,

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

My name is Nestor xxxxx. From reading your email, I know this is regarding PP-598-565-295. I'm sorry if the situation caused any inconvenience, I'll be glad to help you.

Denise PayPal reserves the right to make a final decision on Significantly Not as Described claims if the buyer and seller cannot agree. PayPal makes a decision based upon the information provided by both the buyer and the seller during the claim process and the dispute
process as well as what is listed in the auction by the seller. In some cases, we may request additional information or documentation from either party to assist with our investigation.

Based upon the information provided by both parties, PayPal determined that your claim did not fall under PayPal's definition of significantly not as described. This case is now considered closed. We encourage you
to work directly with the seller to find a resolution.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

Additional Information: 'I have bought $250 worth of products from this company in China and after investigating i realized all the items are
counterfeited and fake I have contacted GHD(the brand owner of these products http://www.ghdhair.com/)to check the authenticity of these products and they told me they are 100% knock offs. I opened a dispute
and a claim and you guys decided against me after conducting no investigation what so ever. After reading a couple articles online i come to realize that i'm not the only person this is happening to.Paypal states that they protect the buyer from fake or counterfeited items but i'm starting to conclude that Paypal has absolutely no intention in doing so and everything is just false advertisement. If i didn't care about my protection i would have not used paypal and paid 5% in fees every time i make a transaction.As long as you guys get your money everything is fine right?I am very upset with this situation right now.'

this may be stupid but depending on how long the transactoin takes place ebay/paypal will do nothing, due to two facts.
if your not verified you are not covered by buyer protections and the seller has an upper hand.
also if the description was not OFF BY ALOT as your trying to display, so it comes down to the description as well. and obviously most of made in china are cheap knockoffs of the real thing
