Convergent sends me a bill from ebay years after Ebay decided it was a fraudulent claim. I talked with convergent years ago telling them that E bay thought that the claim 73588301 was fraudulent. Convergent could never produce a transaction number or record of who this transaction was from. Recently I discussed this with both Paypal and E bay with no response. My account at eBay is not frozen nor in a dispute in the resolution center. I am an affiliate at eBay and have E bay ads on my blogs.
I would like the help of government agencies in this issue
