Complaint Review: Paypal Aka Ebay

I am an Ebay seller, using Paypal for payment. My Ebay account is over one year old, with zero complaints, no issues. 100% approval rating. I was selling electric lights, which were shipped on time.

Paypal informed me my funds will be held 21 days. Gave several possible reasons, none of which is valid or true.

Have written to both Paypal and Ebay.

Basically this is a scam. The buyer has paid, money is in Paypal account, they phoney a reason to not release it, get free float on the money.

I am also contacting California and Arizona state attorney generals.
