Does Ebay and Paypal back up the customer protection guarantee ? I post here a follow up on mine and other experience in one week after the companies have a chance to decide if they will protect a long term customer from fraud on the websites.

I don't think you could be any less vague if you tried. 

I am sure that if you were as detailed with Ebay and Paypal as you were here it may take them a week to stop laughing.
