Sold an item almost a year ago on ebay. It was a creative MP3 player i sold it for $200 and everything was fine the transaction went through and i was able to recieve my funds. About 8 months later i recieve a chargeback from paypal for that item. 8 Months later i mean come on. So i contacted paypal and filed my dispute against this. I had everything to back me up i followed their instructions for being a seller and having an item covered incase this were to happen. Fine so i went ahead and sent it off. A couple days later i recieve an email back from paypal stating that their was nothing they could do and that i was going to be $200 out and i at the same time ran a webhosting business on this paypal account so it was unusable for a while. I contacted paypal regarding this and their best answer was giving me a list of local sherrifs in the county of the buyer's address and that i was going to have to do it that way. That was their best answer. Bottom line i trusted this company i trusted that i was going to be safe as a seller and ended up getting stiffed in the end.

Bottom line paypal's customer service is very poor by what you can see above and promises are not kept.
