PayPal PayPal Ripoff San Jose Internet
PayPal is a ripoff. Do not use Pay Pal. Either PayPal is a rip off or they have been hacked. I received emails from PayPal that my account had been credited and that a purchase was made by me. I never made the purchase, I never had heard of the company, and the time of the purchase was 3am- I was sound asleep. I filed a dispute. I also tried to call and got the robot phone system.
I tried to delete the account and it was not allowed since there was this open fraudulent transaction. I called my bank and had them block all PayPal Transactions. I also reported them to the bank's security center.
There is no reason in this day and age why a dispute cannot be settled instantly. There is no reason one should have to spend several minutes talking to a recording. Do not use PayPal. Do not give them any account information. Cancel your PayPal accounts. It is not safe or secure. They do not respond in a timely fashion. They do not man the phones. They do not do anything, except allow people to rip you off.

After several attempts, I finally got through to a human being. They are going to deal with this claim immediately. They have had issues with Nexon before and Nexon has responded favorably. They also offered me a service to accomodate me for my aggravation.
