I bough tmy son a paypal pre-paid mastercard to shop online. I paid 4.95 for the card. put 100.00 dollars on the card and paid the 1 dollar tax totaling 105.95. ( I bought the card from Dollar General Store #02863 on S 4th street In martins ferry Oh 43935 (740)635-1121. My son Raven Schrader called to activate his card and couldnt because he was not of age. So I took the phone and asked to have ...the card put in my name so he could have it activated. they refused unless we sent them a photo copy of my birth certificate, ss number and photo Id. Irefused and became loud and accusing them of fraud. I asked to speak with a superviser and was told they was to busy to cometo the phone. finaly the man who said hisname was David ( after I insisterd he tell me his name) saidhe couldmakeit a restrected card and wecoulduse it at any store. So I tookit to the dollar generalwe bought it from and got 100.00dollaqrs worth of merchandice. I swiped the card used the pin and it was denied. we ran it several times and tryed creditanddebit every timeitwas denied. my Son was embarrised and didnt get the stuff. we had been ripped off for his hundred dollars.
