Complaint Review: paypal

This company is why people go postal!!!!!!! I can see why people lose their minds after dealing with this group.
My account was limited because people asked for refunds and was granted them even though it states no refunds. After sending them info showing I was in the right they dropped my limitation then after a day of using them and $527 comes in the limit and freeze my account again and say I will get my money in 180 days.
Now they say my business is too high risk even though I have been in business for 18 years doing a "groupon" type company and they have a deal on groupon where they have sold 191k gift certificates today. They refuse to give me corporates phone number. How do you have a business where you cant speak to someone higher up?
Does anyone have a recent number because everyone that i find on the internet has been disconnected(funny)?
