Paypal ripoff facilitating bad transactions and sales with reported bad vendors United States
Paypal asks you to try and work it out with the seller. What they don't offer is if you try past 30 days - they no longer offer purchase protection. In fact, bad vendors purposely used paypal and don't accept credit cards when they're pawning bad products and want a sure safe way to get money and have no accountability.
