Complaint Review: PayPal

It's been over 3 weeks now since I reported to PayPal that someone hacked into their system and signed me up for an internet subscription to Shellux.net and took money from another victim and placed that money into my account and then ithdrew over $400.00 from my bank account. I have faxed proof of identity, phoned over 10 times and emailed numerous times; but to no avail. My account is restricted, I can't get what is left of my funds back and PayPal does not respond to my emails. I do not know what else to do.
