paypal safecart, and rootpros.com Jointly involved in cheating me by selling a software to unlock the android tablet, but did not work, requested for refund, received reply from root android that they would refund, but received reply , Internet

I had placed an order to rootandroid.com for a software download to unlock my chinese make tablet 2.3 vimicro, I paid it through paypal and was sent through safecart which I heard for the first time. The software did not work, when contacted the tech support even they could not help me, finally requested for refund, there was no answer from them, and then I filed complaint with paypal, and again I emailed to rootandroid, I received the reply from rootandroid that they will refund, so far I havent received any refund from rootandroid.com, but the worst problem is that I received reply from paypal stating that my case is closed in favour of seller, though seller agreed to refund, paypal objected refund.

I would appreciate it if you would completely remove these false accusations. RootPros.Com is in no way affiliated with Root-Android.org.

First you claim that "PayPal, SafeCart, and RootPros.Com" all cheated you. Then in your description you say that "rootandroid.com" never gave you a refund.

Next you post what Root-Android.org replied back to you when you requested a refund from them.

Clearly you have a problem with Root-Android.org. But instead of creating your report against Root-Android.org you have chosen to smear the reputations of both PayPal and SafeCart as well as declaring our website RootPros.Com as the main culprit in all of this. Including our name in your title and a link to our website.

I want you to fix or have this posting removed immediately. Your problem is with Root-Android.org. We can not help that they recommended you to our professional service when they could not get the job done. Your comments against RootPros.Com are completely unjustified as you have never even been a customer of RootPros.Com.

Your accusations about our company are complete slander, false, and libel. In addition, you have also thrown PayPal, SafeCart, and rootandroid.com under the bus because you are obviously not smart enough to tell that you go ripped off by Root-Android.org and no one else. Shame on you for dragging the names of 4 reputable companies through the mud in your haste.
