Warning, do not buy anything from paypal@safecart.com, this is a scam you will not get any activation key for your anti virus software, when you file a dispute with paypal you will have to wait a month NOT TO GET YOU MONEY BACK. You get this email from paypal
Unfortunately, we are refusing your claim because your purchase was for a
virtual, digital or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal
Buyer Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be
shipped and tracked.
