paypal Transaction Amount: -$181.85 USD never refunded San Jose California
I never got my refund for an item I returned with USPS on-line tracking to China. I lost $182 US plus pain and suffering. The fradulent seller is still operating using pay pal in spite of repeated calls all I get is the run-around. "Please provide tracking information for your refund" I did -- they didn't.
Monies were withdrawn electronically directly from my bank account to fund a shill scammer backed by paypal. This IMO is a violation of Federal law and paypal should be facing RICO lawsuits out the ying yang, but the sheeple just fold and fail to report. you can get 3X damages under Federal racketeering charges!
Not this RAM will lie down yet, I have had enough. I am going to my junkyard lawyer -- we will make em pay Pal!
