PayPower.com PayPower prepaid VISA card - DO NOT BUY Internet
I received a pre-paid Visa Debit card as a gift in April 2014. I did not activate the card until Feburary 2015. Once activated I learned that there has been $5.95 removed from the card value each month. So my $100 gift card is now only worth $40.50. The person that purched the card had no idea this would happen. Nobody answers the phone. This business should be ashamed of itself. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
