Stay away from this company. They use all of your money on a variety of fees. When you call to cancel the cards, (to try to retrieve some of your money) they don't want to send your cash back to you.

We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with our PayPower card. The most common fees assessed are the ATM withdrawal fee ($1.95) and the monthly maintenance fee ($.5.95). In order to withdraw cash from an ATM you must register your card, which makes it possible to use your PayPower card for almost any transaction online, in person or over the phone which reduces the chance of having to use cash. As for the monthly maintenance fee, it is only assessed once if you have a $0 balance meaning that you cannot accumulate monthly maintenance fees on your account. If there are funds on the card that you would like returned, we will be happy to sen d you a refund check for which you can contact customer service at the phone number listed below.
