Complaint Review: Paypower

Paypower It's been 22 days and have not received our card to access our tax refund. Now they want $25.00 to make sure we get a new card in three-five days. Internet

We filed our taxes on line via Taxact for the last three years. Never really had much of a problem and always got our refund quickly. This year their using a company called Paypower. It's been twenty-two days and we still have not received our card even though our tax refund was in the account five days ago. Speaking with Paypower on the phone just added to the frustration. Now they'll drop the $5.90 new-card fee since we never received one to begin with and only charge us $25.00 to send a card in three to five days...  Keeping in mind that we were already charged $10.00 for the card at the very beginning. At this point we're just taking a deep breathe and thinking it over. However we'll probably just end up paying the freaking $25.00 for the new card. Can't help but wonder just how much money they make with this little game they've got goin on..
