PayPower SCAM I purchased a Paypower Visa Card loaded with $100. I registered online and tried to use the card and it did not work! It's been over a month and I have still not received my REFUND check that was supposed to be sent in the mail. I want these stupid jerks to refund my money as promised Reno Nevada
