Purchase a Paypower Visa Travel/ Giant Eagle Fuel perks money card at Giant eagle on 1/25/2014 to pay a bill online. Prior to purchasing the card I read the entire front and back of the card to ensure the money would be immediately available.

On the rear of the card under sub paragraph 3 states, Once your card has been activated you an begin using it immediately.

I purchase the card 7:09pm and activated it within the hour. On the Paypower.com/gianteagle website it shows an available ballance of 200 dollars, however, when I went to pay my bill online it says the card was declined/ no funds available. Distressed I contacted Paypower at 1(888) 633-9429 and was informed that my card had a "block" place on it.

I asked the representative for an explanation and he had none. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called again with the same results a few minutes later. I drove back to the Giant eagle where I had purchased the card and the manager and I contacted Paypower and again, we recieved the same results.

Today I contacted paypower to find out the "status" of my card and to get an explanation and the representative told me they had to create a "ticket" and it had to go to corporate to be resolved and I would hear from them in a few days. When I asked for a number to contact corporate I was told they don't have a number and was hung up on again.
