This company needs to be terminated for fraudulent charges and failure to complete transactions. After declining transactions (through no fault of my own), they first told me the card needs to be registered in order to use it. After I registered it, they then stated it was a foreign transaction (it was a US seller) and that I would need to process the payment over the phone. After this failed, they said it was a "restricted country" and the transaction will not be completed.

This is a failure to comply with the terms and conditions, which states it can be used anywhere Visa debit is accepted. They are misrepresentative of their services, deceptive in their business practices and are fraudulently charging customers.

I spoke with Zach and Wendy, who were both useless for the situation and abusive. This card is being declined for no reason whatsoever. According to their T&C, they are liable for failure to complete transactions that are legal and no fault of the customer. They need to be held to this and made to pay.

Both of the employees above should be terminated for their handling of the situation and Paypower needs to be held liable for these breaches of contract. Avoid this company at all costs, do not use their cards. You will be very sorry. You can read and understand the entire Terms of Service, but it does not matter to them. They do not honor it and will simply refuse to help you. Then, you are powerless. I am currently speaking with an attorney who is bringing charges against them. Honestly, they should be target of a class action suit.
