Complaint Review: Payproglobal

Payproglobal The first agent referred me to the specialist. The specialist told me that I had serious problems with my computer. I could choose to take it to apple computers and pay $399 dollars and 6 days of work. They claimed to fix it online for $299. I told them no thank you. I would call apple myself. Apple was able to direct me to a free program to protect my computer. I did call back payproglobal and told them about my issue. They did give me my money back. Internet

I was supposed buying a product to clean up my mac.  When I had paid for the product, I called the number to activate it.

They claimed to have found serious issues.  They reported that Apple would keep my computer for 5 days to fix and charge $399.  They claimed they could fix it online for $299.  At that point I knew something was going wrong.  I called Apple myself and they fixed the problem for free and had me install a program to protect my computer.

I called Payproglobal and they did reimburse me for the $49 when I told what had happened. I have received the refund.

Never again.
