Complaint Review: PaySimple

PaySimple Delays merchant funds 25 plus days...as of today! Denver Colorado

We switched merchant accounts in May 07 and went with Pay Simple. In mid October 2007, Pay Simple put our funds on hold because of a charge of 200.00 that would not go through our bank account. Without a question they froze our funds. It is now mid November and they still have not released our funds and have double deducted clients, manually deducted from "disabled" client accounts because they were supposedly overriding things to expedite release of funds. So far our clients have been upset, we have had to refund clients even though Pay Simple is still holding our funds and have now lost three clients over it. As of Friday 6:15pm, when trying to get a status for the tenth time of the day, Laura Link finally tells me that she is no longer handling the case and now I am to speak to a Rebecca Devane at 877-999-2262 or email her at rebecca.devane@goldleaf.com Oh and the icing on the cake was they drafted a monthly service fee today for their services. I will be charging that back. We are a small business and they have reaked havoc on our business. I will now be forced to get lawyers involved as they are just playing games and I question their legitimacy.
