I ordered a medicine from this online pharmacy and although the order took way longer to recieve than advertised I did recieve the medicine and even an online response to a customer service question. Feeling confident that the company was legitimate I attempted to order a refill on 5/25/06 but during the online refill process the website stopped working during my refill request as i was online. I thought either my computer or their website was experiencing difficulty so i waited a few days and attempted the process again to be told it was too soon for a refill even though i knew it was not and had even recieved an email reminder from the company that it was time. I again waited until I recieved the next refill reminder email from the company and again placed the online refill request on 6/08/06. This request was denied by the M.D. saying I was using too much of the medicine. Both times $117.90 was deducted from my checking account. This company would deduct the money before any processing or submitting the order for approval from the doc. and I never recieved any medicine. When I called the company she assured me my account would be credited within 15 days. Well 6 months has passed and now the company is out of business. I just recieved a call from my "online pharmacy" about getting a refill. When I returned her and presented my past issues to her she said I couldnt have ordered from them 6 months ago because they are a new company of 2 weeks. I asked her how she got my info to call me and what med I had ordered and how long ago if I had never ordered from them. She responds the info was bought from the previous company that went out of business.Do they think i enjoyed giving my money away so much to the "previous owners" that I cant wait to do it again?
