Regarding #BMA-949-28452:

After being told to wait 180 days to withdraw my almost 2,000$ (all orders that a. were shipped out by me, i.e I payed for the product and b.) I paid for shipping !!) So I recieved an email today, they day I should be recieving my money that Payza has now taken it upon themselves to say that my account balance is "forfeited"..

"Your Payza account has been limited, the funds remaining in your account has been forfeited, and there can be no appeals to this decision."

NOT FORFEITED RATHER STOLEN. I run a legitamite business in a industry they seemingly have a problem with, instead of parting ways and transfering my money to my business account, like Paypal did a year earlier with us, Payza are claiming my balace is "forfeited". I have already contacted the RCMP fraud squad (currently I am working with them as they have opened an active investigation, thankfully after much runabout...), The Canadian Banker's Association, The Canadian Anti Fraud Center, made a report here on RIPOFFREPORT, and plan to have my lawyers file suit later this week, pending Payza's response, or lack thereof, but Im not stopping there. I will be contacting Interpol and providing all executives names and evidence of their financial crimes.

This criminal air surrounding the company needs to be dealt with. Everywhere I read its Payza scam this and Payza scam that... If Payza addresses my concerns I would be more then willing to change my view/reviews but as it stands they have been absolutely NO help AT ALL. Why ask me to wait 180 days before telling me that I cannot have my money back?!?! Does that sound legimate/correct to you.. ofcourse it doesnt. It sounds like a ponzi scheme to me. My case is Iron Clad.

I own a business enterprise that abides by all Canadian laws, I am pretty sure the courts here (with all my screenshots, email trails, etc) will grant my wishes of my bank balance transferred to my bank...and believe I will be including any legal fees I may incur (my lawyers are pricy! :D)

Lastly, provided I dont hear from Payza I will also be serving them with Loss of business/Defamation suit based on the email trails and their expressed on-page sentiments of their employees/company towards and about my business.

Thank you from CanadianSeedBank.ca

Keep up the Good Fight.

Will keep you all posted.

Well its my policy to out companies that steal small businesses money with no intent on ever repaying them their funds. Christopher F., a supposed Customer Support Advisor emailed me last saying, "Therefore in accordance with Section 7.3 of our User Agreement (see excerpt below), your account was fined in the amount of: $1,036.33 CAD." What an experience with Payza... Never would I recommend them! 0/10 #Scams #Scammers #PayzaScam #PayzaScammers #PayzaScammers

Hello Mr. xxxx,

We would like to review the actions taken upon your account.

On April 18, 2012 you added the website ----- to your Payza account for review. Upon review, your website was declined due to the nature of the business and products being sold being in violation of our User Agreement. You subsequently received notification on April 20, 2012 that the products being sold on your website are prohibited from being sold via Payza and to consult the terms of our User Agreement.

You continued to use Payza to receive payments using the Request Funds feature, after being explicitly advised that the sale of your products was prohibited according to the terms of our User Agreement.

On April 2, 2013 we advised you that we were terminating your account due to the continued violation of our User Agreement... The sale of these types of products are not permitted to be sold within Payza. You also indicated that Paypal had shut you down for similar reasons.

On May 23, 2013 you sent a support ticket advising that you were seeking legal measures. We asked for all legal complaints or proceedings to be forwarded by mail to our Legal department at:

Legal Department
Payza
2348 Chemin Lucerne, Suite 620
Montreal, Quebec H3R 2J8
Canada

The legal department has not received no such proceedings from yourself or from your lawyer.
Furthermore, we identified an additional account that was opened on May 14, 2013 to continue your sales knowingly in violation of our User Agreement. Therefore in accordance with Section 7.3 of our User Agreement (see excerpt below), your account was fined in the amount of: $1,036.33 CAD.

“Monetary Penalties
If you are found in violation of this User Agreement and all terms herein, we reserve the right to fine you a penalty of $500 and upwards, depending on damages and the severity of the violation and the liability you cause to Payza and/or our professional partners. Sites that sell banned products or services are subject to immediate Account termination. We also reserve the right to freeze or forfeit funds, as well as fine the account holder and/or cancel payment without notice.”

We did give you notice on more than one occasion to try and avoid this situation. We are sorry that you chose not to adhere to the terms of the User Agreement and that this could not have been resolved amicably.

This company is still holding our money, but not for long, we have decided to take them to court after a complete unwillingness to make available OUR balances, and a criminal taking of our hard earner money. We will keep this thread updated as to our court case, settlement, and what we will be charging them with also. Thank you!

RE: Payza Conitinuing to Perpetuate Financial Crimes

So what your basically telling me is that you are not willing to return my balances and are essentially stealing my companies balances?

Your subpoenas, as discussed, should reach your legal department within the week, maybe then you'll agree to my seriousness, and begin to understand the illegality, of you criminals holding and restricting my funds for this long and then deciding on stealing it from me. I want my hard earned money back, and do not accept your self appointed judge, jury, and executioner stance when dealing with me on this issue concerning my money, lets remember, not yours.

Fabricating falsities to your benefactor so you a unscrupulous and illegally lay claim to my money, stating that you are "forfeiting my account balance" are not acceptable by any law in any country, and certainly not here in Canada where you choose to do business. What you are essentially doing is stealing my balances, and under Canadian law me my lawyers will prove just that. I lost both product and shipping costs in my balances' sum, not to mention loss of business, and all the delays by simple Payza holding my balance and stringing me along for 180 days.

Furthermore (and most importantly) you profited from every single transaction that was made during my companies relationship with Payza you in turn have broken your own terms of service, as you facilitated all transactions (over 20+) of what you falsely claimed to be, "drug paraphernalia". Very hypocritical do you not agree? Seeds bylaw in Canada are not considered illegal, and we all know you must respect the laws of the land in which you choose to do business in.

Payza has exhausted my time and patience. Both I assure you, you will pay for if you do not do what is right and legal within the confines of Canadian Business Law. As such this is an official request and demand that you have 7 days to comply with; 7 days to end this embargo of my rightful balances and that you are to release my companies money or feel the consequences of being punished, with all the power and might of the law, for your company illegally stealing of my balances. Canadian judges dont take well to this type of corporate bullying, extortion, and theft.

Again we ask for the return of all monies and request an end to this ridiculousness taken on behalf of Payza against CanadianSeedBank and part ways amicably, as we originally respectfully asked for. This email and prior response will be posted on both scambook and ripoffreport.

RE: Private Response

#9Author of original report

Mon, September 30, 2013

I have not recieved that private response that you speak of. Nor do I feel will it suffice until I am allowed to access and withdraw my entire balance, If you can no longer support my companies payment processing due to your own term of service this is ok we shall part our dealings, but I should be able to withdraw my balance. Everything my business does is legal and government sactioned and within all Canadian laws. (Article: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/1-3b-medical-marijuana-free-market-coming-to-canada-1.1872652) As earlite stated, my lawyers are proceeding with this in court, and like I mentioned may also file for damages, loss of business, and possible financial crime charges. This can all be avoided if you allow me what is rightfully mine, and worked hard for, not to mention that I absorbed the shipping and product costs on my own bill outside of my Payza balance.  I understand in order to protect our members’ private information, directly and indirectly, and that it is your policy not to discuss personal account details in a public forum, so I ask that you please contact us as we have not recieved this email you claimed to have sent us.
