On Sept 10, 2010 I made and offer to buy four vending sites and the machines used at these locations.

I found the primary location had a bad compressor on the pop machine.

Scott Elliott promised the location manager that I would get a combo vending machine for this location. The site has never produced enough profit to justify my buying a $2500 combo machine for this site.

The location asked me to remove all machines when I explained the volume did not qualify as a new or used combo location.

PBG Vendings owners Scott & Rae Elliott refused to refund my money and it cost me $225 to get the machines included in the location removed.

I can only spend a limited amount of time to get $1225 refunded.

If you find one of thier Craigslist adds for KC or if they contact you about location of vending they need to sell, run away. There are many honest vending operators in USA, but PBG Vending of Kansas is not noe of them.

False information and happenings

Mr. Ron Carter who reported this has stated total inaccuracies. Prior to Mr. Carter purchasing these machines he was informed the one had a bad compressor. As a matter of FACT, the ad on Craig's List even stated the compressor was bad so he knew this before he responded to the add. Because of this Mr. Carter asked me to drop the price and he was given a $600 discount from the selling price. The ad stated sold "as is". That means the location and the machines are as they are when sold and once the money and keys are exchanged, the previous owner has NOTHING more to do with that customer.

The site in question was never promised anything by myself that Mr. Carter would do once he purchased the vending machines. It was totally Mr. Carter's choice to invest in the $2500 combo machine and take it to the site without first checking with the site. It is my understanding that after Mr. Carter purchased the combo machine the said location decided to not do business with him due to Mr. Carter's rudeness and foul behavior at the said business when he was requested to move the location of the machines from one area to another. This was after the sell had transpired and I was no longer connected in any way to this site or the vending machines.Once a location is sold it is not my responsibility to handle customer service for the new owner.

I have documentation from said location stating all of these facts. The agreement did not constitute a refund of any money due to the location canceling on their own, or the actions of Mr. Carter in dealing with his customer.

As far as I know, customers can do business with who they choose and it is at their discretion. I would suggest that had Mr. Carter not gone in and had his bad attitude and cussing and swearinghe may still have their business. Customer service is always a plus in whether you keep the previous business, or they go somewhere else.

We had numerous ads on Craig's List for vending machines and Mr. Carter was the only one who had an issue, but this was due to his own behavior and not anything PBG Vending did or said.

If you were to ask any of our current customers how they like our business and dealing with us...we believe you would hear quite a different story.
