PBNext is a telephone system used with web sites selling products.

It was actived when suggested by Auction Teacher mentors, but never used as the web site was not up and running.

I was charged $29.95 for months and never used their services.

When my web site was diabled and I tried to get a refund for services not rendered, they as much as said, "Sorry...no refunds".

I don't think they should be keeping money if services were not able to be used or at least a portion (50%) should be returned.

You should know that one of the owners of PB Next is Damien Zamora of End 70 Corp/Internet Treasure Chest. There are many complaints filed under those companies dating back to 2003/2004. Damien Zamora and End 70/ITC were successfully sued by the FTC in 2003 for false advertising and refusal of refunds and were prohibited from:

"The settlement bars any misrepresentations in the advertising, promotion, or sale of any business opportunity. Specifically, it bars misrepresentations about the cost of purchasing the business opportunity and likely earnings."

You can go directly to the Federal Trade Commission website and view the final court order:

It seems that Damien Zamora is still engaging in business scams and ripping off consumers- just under a difference company name.  If you have experienced fraud from him or one of the many companies he uses to rip off hard working people- you should also file a report with the Federal Trade Commission. There is an easy online form that only takes about five minutes to fill out. Five minutes of your time can save others thousands of dollars. Sorry you were dupped too.
