I was on the internet one day & it started flashing "you have been infected" & i tried everything & got no where but the only move i could make was their phone number happened to be the only contact i could pull up & they charged my credit card $299.99 for lifetime of protection. But when i kept asking for a receipt or address on anything for verification all i would get from them us "no worries maam you are protected we are here with you 24x7 like our name says" i tried to contact them & they would take my info & have someone get back to me after a couple of hours (from the 1-888-820-3828 #) then finally after me complaining how long that took - plus they would literally be in my computer remotely for up to 6 hrs! i called my credit card ^& told them i didn't trust pc care 247 & wanted to stop payment so they did but when they spoke to pc care they convinced the credit card they were legitimate. I just tried to call them with a problem i am having & found out they are out of business!!!!!! Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Loretta L
