Complaint Review: pc care 247

I was looking for a place to fix my laptop (The outer part of my laptop was damage only, but everything was still working fine). I was telling him this and he keep on acting as if he didn't hear me. Then he open a chat box and told me to write what's wrong with my computer. When he finally read what i wrote he said sorry, but asked if I wanted him to check my computer anyways. I said okay
because my computer has been shutting down on it own. He proceeded to check my computer and said o my god you have 7 thousand and something virus on your computer. He showed me a box and it showed my name 5 times with different addresses. Then he said, "it could me a terrorist trying
to hack into my computer"(there's been talk on the news of peoples phone being hack and bank accounts too) and so I said I would pay.

At first the price what 2 hounded and something, but then it changed to $360 something dollars. When they did what ever they did it showed that I have 71 virus on my computer (he said there where 7 thousand and something virus) and when all of this was happening I was talking care
of my daughter. I didn't see everything they where doing, but I Knew something was wrong at this point. Muhit said I would be cover for life and it all was a lie. I called pccare247 and told them I wanted to cancel my account with them (he said he did it, yet he was arguing with me). Now I'm in the process of getting my money back and I called to talk to them, but they just wanted to argue with me. I'm so pissed off that there are people like this out there trying to steal money, when we
all work so hard for it.

I'm glad that I didn't buy it for all three computer we have at home and the man was trying so hard to make me pay it too.

two Days latter I called the company again and some Indian man answered (I had to call them more then three or six time for someone to pick up the phone). He was trying to feed me the same old bs, but he said he couldn't give me the full amount I paid. He was going to tell me how much they where only going to give me back until I got angry and told them everything Muhit said to me, but they just didn't want to hear me. Then I told him I will call my bank and tell them to cancel that payment because they are a fraud company. he proceeded to tell me what my bank is going to do if I call them. I told them I was going to call the news and talk to Curtis. Curtis is some guy on the news, who talk about people doing fraud companies or work. He talks to the company or whomever it is and try's to get your money back. He lets everyone in your area know about this fraud companies or work and I believe everyone who has called him got there money or got what ever they wanted to happened, happened. Finally the man said to me he that it's best for his company to give me the full refund. I told him if I don't see this money back in my bank account I will call Curtis.

To whom ever is going through the same problems I have gone through with this company. I hope you get your money back and don't be afraid to call your new station and see if they can do what Curtis does.
