I wish that I found this site before I erroneously called PC Care 247. My PC Care 247 review is long, but it is an abridged version to the experience in its entirety.

I thought that it was a Dell hot line. Like Marie I was repeatedly misinformed by this company. Her story is completely verifiable. My text will not accurately describe how horrible my experience with this company was simply because I will not spend any more of my life thinking about them after I am through typing this. &nbspI was continually up sold by an untrustworthy manager named Zahoor. I was in a rush to get out the door but Zahoor told me that my computer problem was so serious that I needed to cancel my dinner plans and speak with a technician right away. When the technician called me back, the first thing that I asked him (before receiving any type of service) was whether or not this could be put off until after the weekend. He quickly responded that it could in fact wait.

 

At this point I had no trust in the company and did not want to do business so I hung up and called Zahoor back. He told me that my credit card would not be charged and that I did not have to participate in their service. This whole time I still thought that I was dealing with Dell computers. I was never greeted with a welcome such as PC Care 24 7. Of course when I checked my credit card bill a week later there was a charge for 299.95. I promptly called back and demanded a refund.

 

After being shuffled around from department to department (took about 2 hours) I was told that I would get a call back from a manager in the sales department, Mansha, (Name is most likely spelled incorrectly). She did in fact call me back but made no progress towards a refund. It was clear that someone was standing behind her telling her what to say. At this point I had been hung up on, cursed at, and yelled at, so I asked for her to spell her name and give a call back number in case we got disconnected. She gave me a completely different number than I had ever called before and hung up on me before spelling her name. I was never called back.

 

At this point I was furious and I called back to speak with a manager. After about 30 minutes I was told by a manager, Jeshawn (Name is most likely spelled incorrectly) that I would receive a full refund and that he would call me back in 5 minutes to confirm my refund and that I would receive an e-mail confirming this within 24 hours. He never called me back and I never received an e-mail. So I called back again an hour later and spoke with Nick who told me that I would get the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.

 

24 hours later I had no confirmation e-mail. I got back in touch with Jeshawn. He apologized for not calling me back the day before. He said that he did not call me back because his shift ended and he went home. There was absolutely no progress made on my refund and if I had not called back it would not have been reversed.

Fast forward through another 3 hours of me wasting my time, I was told by Jeshawns manager, Steven, that he would have to review my case to see if I was eligible for a partial refund. He also told me that he would call me back. I tried to calmly express my frustration to him and was constantly interrupted. Iwas told things like You have waited all this time, 10 more minutes wont kill you. Please keep in mind by this point I had already spent about 7 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. He also told me that we have over a million customers world-wide who disagree with your opinion that we run a bad business. I can't understand how that is even possible with service like this.

 

At this point I will stop my rant before I have a stroke thinking about this absolutely horrid experience. If you are considering using PC Care 247, dont!Dont ever call this place. Save yourself about 10 hours.
