PC-Cleaner +Does Not Work +No Refund Sent+ Internet
Purchased PC-Cleaner, and their anti-virus service, ran it and found that it did not perform as advertised. I finally used a Kaspersky rescue disc to find and fix 45 problems.
When I requested a refund, as they advertise, they told me: "The amount has already been refunded, wait 7 to 10 days for the money to appear on your credit card."
After several weeks of my getting this message, I tried to claim a refund through Paypal, and was told it was too late. It's been 5 months now, and PC-Cleaner has still not refunded my money, although the continue to say: "Wait."
This company seems to be a scam from beginning to end. Do not purchase anything from them!
