Complaint Review: PC Coach - Biometric

I contacted PC Coach, about a SUUNTO T4 Wrist watch, AND a SUUNTO Bike POD that I purchased in March of '07, regarding exchanging the items since they were faulty. The contact was made via email, and I got a an email response (I have the proof) that the items are still under warranty, and I could send it back for them to exchange it with SUUNTO, or exchange it for a different brand. I returned all the items at the beginning of February, VIA UPS (I also have proof of it), and they recieved it. I called, after they recieved the item, and spoke with a PC Coach REP (JIM) and he asked "what did you want us to do with this?". I said I'd rather have another brand since I am not satisfied with SUUNTO anymore. He said they are going to send it to SUUNTO and get back to me. It's May now, and I have yet to hear from PC Coach. I sent them numerous emails, and phone calls with voicemails, to provide me with an update but nothing. I recently tried calling them again, and now their voicemail is full, which actually concerns me.

They basically owe me $199.12, or a replacement product.
