On February 22, 2006 - my bank account was debted for $99.00 for the requested first payment for the Sony Vaio laptop bundle, #19.

On February 23, 2006 I received an email from PcDriectBiz requesting a voided copy of a check and sign lease agreement - those items were sent via first class mail the very same day.

I waited a fews days and called them back on March 1, 2006 to confirm that they did receive my paperwork, an agent stated that they had however, the delivery time was now 3-6 weeks for delivery, although the lease stated 3 to 4 weeks.

I called back to PcDirectBiz on March 28, 2006 to find out the status of my order and was informed that computer was not available. I was given the choice of choosing the computer that was stated to me over the phone or canceling my order; I chose to cancel because the computer that was offered to me was a much lesser computer than the one I was getting, and I was told that the price would be the same (2150.00 for a 600.00 laptop).

And as I stated earlier... if the bundle that I ordered is not and was not avaiable, then why did it continue to remain on their site advertised as AVAILABLE?????

I believe it's because they do the bait and switch! They make you wait...and because you've waited so long to receive your product...they are banking on the fact that you won't completely cancel - and most will accept the lesser product because they are so anxious to just get a computer! IT'S NOT RIGHT AND IT ISN'T FAIR!

If I had not called that day...when were they going to contact me? I asked them that...and the agent couldn't answer...I have STILL never received any type of correspondence from them via US mail or email to this day! Most companies that are conducting proper business will send you something...and via US Mail!

I was told that I would receive my refund of $99.00 within 30days. It is now May 3, 2006, and I have not received anything from your office yet! When I called today, I spoke with two of your agents, one named Charity was especially rude and not very helpful.she even hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else that was much nicer and more helpful...but still could not find out why I had not received my refund.

I am concerned about the fact that I was told that my pc bundle was not availablehowever, it has never been removed from their web site or placed in a status on your web site as unavailable. A

After researching previous customercomplaints of PcDirectBiz, it prompted me to file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The file number for this complaint is 7934253, in case anyone else would like to add to it.

I paid my money and sent the documents as they askedeverything on time. So why in the world would it take me so long to receive my money back?

I'd like to receive it before next Friday, May 12, 2006 or I will have to seek further legal remedies available to me.

I've already been in contact with a few other unsatisified customers...If any others wish...please contact the FTC and file a complaint under the number above.

First, why did you give a complete stranger access to your bank account? If someone off of the street asked for you account/routing number, would you give it to them? That is exactly what you did in this case. First, you need to contact your bank. You may even want to cancel / close your account. This company may try and debit more money. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give your account number out. And if you do purchase off of the internet, always use a credit card. Never your checking account.
