PC DIRECT HAS BEEN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SINCE 2004 !! WHY ARE THEY STILL ALLOWED TO REMAIN OPERATING WITH THE SAME PEOPLE IN CHARGE-JAMES COOK. STILL RIPPING OFF INNOCENT CONSUMERS AS WE SPEAK.

MANY STORIES ARE ALL THE SAME-THEY CONTINUE TO USE THE SAME TACTICS OVER AND OVER. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE "FBI" LOCAL OFFICE. THEY HAVE A WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN GO AND REPORT THE "FRAUD" THIS JERK IS DOING. IT IS -WWW.IC3.GOV

WE CAN ELIMINATE THIS COMPANY BY FILING CHARGES WITH OUR LOCAL FBI OFFICES BY USING THE INTERNET SITE-WWW.IC3.GOV--
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!! THEY TOOK MY 99.00 AND HAVE YET TO SEND ANY CONTRACTS, EQUIPMENT, ANSWERS, REFUND, ETC. IF I DONT RECEIVE MY REFUND IN NEXT FEW DAYS I WILL FILE CHARGES THROUGH THIS SITE FOR INTERNET FRAUD. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FBI OFFICE IMMEDIATLY !!

I AM HAPPY TO REPORT THAT PC DIRECT BIZ HAS RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS AND REFUND REQUEST IN A FAVORABLE MANNER. AFTER SPEAKING WITH PC DIRECT BIZ AND REQUESTING REFUND, I RECIEVED MY REFUND WITHIN 5 DAYS. FOR THIS I AM THANKFUL AND IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE MAKING GOOD ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. THIS IS A GOOD SIGN AND I THANK PC DIRECT BIZ FOR RESOLVING MY PROBLEM AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE FUTURE.
