PC Doctor on Call Ripoff deceptive company Internet
I first downloaded free PC Doctor on Call and, of course, they found numerous problems on my computer. So I ordered PC Health Repair from PC Doctor on Call to fix these problems. Thank God I only ordered the 7 day service for $29.95. They sent me download instructions but when I tried to download, I was forbidden this access. I tried several times to email them but it was all came back no such address. I cannot find any other addresses to contact them.
This is all reported under Gemini Publishing International(UK).
I am reporting them to my credit company also and try to get my account credited.

This same thing happened to me, i recived an add for p.c.doctor in my e-mail. went to the site, downloaded the free download, it found several problems, so i got it for the 7 day offer of 29.95 ...was never able to down load the real thing, tried to call them, but never was able to reach them, there is a co. that is named the same, but has nothing to do with them. I called my card co. and they stoped the payment on it, so I did not get charged. lesson I learned ....! never buy any thing on the net. if you cant open their door to their busness, do not buy from them, they use the net to hide from you.
