PC Drivers Headquarters Inc Driver Detective No Support - Software doesn't work - No Refund, Internet
I purchased the Driver Detective product form PC Drivers Headquarters Inc back in December of 2010 and the program does not work. I followed their instructions that came with the software but found out quickly that they have no support as advertised. I tried calling them only to get an automated message. I requested a refund only to be ignored.
I complained to the Texas BBB and they did reply to the BBB but not me. At this time (2/22/2011) PC Drivers Headquarters Inc has had over 300 complaints with the BBB during the last three years. Stay away from this company, they do not support their product and it does not work as advertised. If you have purchased this product and are unhappy, please file a complaint with the Texas BBB.
