PC Drivers HeadQuarters, Inc. outrageous customer rip-off: for 39,90 no license key, no response, SW cannot be used, Internet
The SW started only once and that was it. In that session, the SW tried to foul up my PC with all sorts of obsolete or incorrect drivers that would have caused all sorts of pains in the neck. Plus, it was not even capable of detecting that all of my SW and drivers were perfectly up to date. Next thing, the license key went into nirvana, i.e. it didn't work anymore. The "tool" just went dead, period. Tried to contact those people at Drivers Headquarters dozens of times, but nothing was returned. Meanwhile I dumped that SW into the trash can and demanded my money back from SafeCart.
Nothing has happened yet.
Although those 40 bucks aren't such an awful lot of money for the individual, it does add up to a bit of cash if somebody unloads that kind of cr.p onto the international market. It would surely interest me to know how many "global hits" they had meanwhile.
