Complicated as far as contacting customer service. Program doesn't do what it says it does. I typed in identification key for program several times, tried running scans on my computer to no avail it doesn't work. And the kicker now is it won't even open up when I click on the icon on my desktop. Called Safecart from which I purchase through and was told I waited to long for a refund. Then was told to try contacting Driver Detective again by Safecart. Good luck with that one.
