PC Enterprises promised to send me all the required materials to start stuffing envelopes as soon as they received my payment of 19.95. I made that payment online with a credit card on Nov. 11, 2004.

I emailed them a couple of times, with no response, because I still have not received the materials. Today, Nov.18, 2004, I went back online to try to email them again, and the email address couldn't be found.
