Complaint Review: PC Geeks

Sim Lim City on Singapore is a multilevel complex featuring a large number of electronics retail and services shops. I had the misfortune while. Was visiting Singapore to visit PC Geeks which is on level 3 of the building.

I approached them with a request for an Hp computer part and I supplied them with a part number.

One of the staff advised me that they didn't have it but could source it for me and he went away and after a short while returned. They showed me the part but when I asked to check the part number they assure me that it was the same. I thenaid for the item and left. I returned shortly afterwards because I had managed to check the item On line at a near b internet cafe and found that I had not received what I had asked for.

I returned to them seeking their help but they refused to refund or exchange the useless part that Ithey had sold me. I was in a no hope situation in a foreign country with a now in cooperative and uncommunicative retailer.

There are a few lessons in this including carefully checking what you buy and not paying until you are 100% happy. Ill do better next time but this has really soured my trip to Singapore.

I hope hat people treat Sim Lim City with care and avoid PC Geeks in Sim Lim City.
