The company ignored one phone call and 5 e-mails from me. After they breached our contract for a maximum 5-day build time, my order cancellation e-Mail got their attention (even though they never answered it). They quickly built and shipped the PC and it arrived about 3 weeks after the promised date. The funds were already in dispute with AMEX a week before it got there.

The PC came not as ordered. So far I've found six problems. The two major ones are no floppy drive installed (I paid $9.99 for that) and the processor is a Sempron (worth about $25) when I paid for an Athlon (worth about $40). So there's $25 worth of fraud right there.

Their website has a lot of rigid rules and regulatiions, and policies that they ignore when it benefits themselves. Oddly enough they repeatedly beg customers to contact them about any problems with the company, e.g. "Our Customer Service staff will do everything in their power to ensure your complete and total satisfaction!" Trouble is, they ignored 5 e-Mails from me. Of course that problem is now solved: I will never do business with these crooks again.
