I ordered a barebone computer system from PC Infinity 17 days ago and still have not received it, nor a tracking number or any other information besides the order confirmation. The company policies claim that they need up to 7 days to assemble/test the computer then the shipping takes another 7 days, but that is past due. PC Infinity also has a variety of shipping options on their website to choose from, which can become expensive since the weight of computer parts are heavy and if you read their policies they say they only ship with 5-7 days ground if you order online. So they will let you pay for 3 days shipping and you still receive the item via UPS Ground in 5-7 days (of course after their assembling period which isn't stated anywhere when you process/complete the order).

This company also offers individuals a free gift if you leave feedback within 24 hours after you place an order, but it doesn't say you can only place one so people leave feedback about the order process and cannot leave one later about shipping or any other problems. So they receive all of their positive feedback by misleading customers. I know other people who have purchased items from PC Infinity as well, and they had damaged parts and DOA (dead on arrival) motherboards, which shouldn't happen since they paid for them to be tested.
