I ordered a computer through PC Infinity which should have arrived to me within 10 business days, it took me 3 and a half weeks to receive and when I did finally receive, it was damaged.

I called the company and they told me to file a claim with UPS and when they received a check from UPS they would send me another computer. The damages done were not the fault of UPS. The Xclio case I ordered has a door that opens to get to you cd and dvd drives, this door was taped on with a yellow postit sticker and when removed the door feel off. The CPU fan was detached and clanking around inside the case.

I have tried talking with PC Infinity several times and can not get higher up than the customer service rep that answers the phone, I have been told the owner will not speak to me. I asked to be refunded my money for this computer or to have a new one sent to me, I receive no help whatsoever from this organization.

I purchased a warranty on this computer which they will not honor. In investigating further this company has been reported to the better business bureau 86 times in the last 36 months, 35 times in the last 12 months not including the complaint I will be filing with them as well. I do not recommend anyone doing business with company as they have poor business ethics.
