Complaint Review: PC Memory Co.

I just purchased a 2GB MP4 with FM Radio Digital Audio and Video Player from PC Memory Co. In brief , the device has a plug and play feature. I have a Mac OSX 10.3.9 however I am having problems with the device. To illustrate no Icon appears when I connect the device to my Mac via the usb port. I have tried to connect to my Mac several times. Nothing happens. The storage device simply does not work.

I have sent Numerous emails explaining this problem. However I receive no response. Furthermore, I have called the company on several occasion but simply receive a voice mail. Truthfully this is very troubling considering the fact that when I emailed the company questions concerning payment methods they responded swiftly. Now that I have issues with the device there is no response.

In light of this I would like to respectfully ask for your help. Currently, I have the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida looking into the matter.
