Mike, the manager, sold my brother the computer to us on Aug 5, 2019. It was a refurbished computer. I told him I would buy a new computer and Mike told me what a fabulous computer this was. He told me, for the price this is the computer I needed and should buy. His employee Nicholas was bragging in the background about how he wished he could buy this computer that it was great, and he hated to see it go.

Mike told me the price of this refurbished computer was 350.00 and to put all windows programs on it; it was another 189.00 set up fee. They gave me a senior discount of 10%, which made the entire sale at $512.56. I paid for the computer and picked it up on Tuesday, August 6th. I went home, turned it on, and the whole screen goes fuzzy and lines going through it.

I took it back to Mike, the manager who said he would fix it. I asked then," if you can't get it working correctly, I get my money back, correct?" Mike stated, "yes." PC NERDS Bullhead City is a complete scam, they talk you into buying a refurbished computer that does not work so they can keep your money. I OFFERED TO BUY A NEW COMPUTER, they talked me out of buying the new laptop, because there is a return policy on that. They intentionally sold me a lousy computer and took my money. I'm a senior, and they scam people here, intentionally. They bragged about how good it was and not to BUY NEW. If they knew so much about how excellent this computer was, they knew IT DID NOT WORK. It's a scam.
