Complaint Review: Pc One

This company called me on my cell phone one evening. I answered an a man named Ted McGrew told me I qualified for a 2,500.00 credit card. I asked him where he got my cell number and he said from an online application.

I had applied for a mastercard so I didn't think that was odd. He said I had to pay 349.00 on July 24 and 7-10 days after that I will recieve my CREDIT CARD. I was estatic. My fiance came home and I told him and he wasn't to thrilled, he said I should get my money back. I told him it would be fine. Well they deducted the money out of my account on the 24. I waited a couple of weeks and did not recieve anything. I called the customer service center and I talked to a lady who said they didn't have conformation that the money was deducted.

I then sent them a portion of my statement proving the money was taken out. I called 2 days later and another lady said it had been sent out. then it was a waiting game. I was so exited because I will finally have the chance to rebuild my credit. You see I make a good amount of money a month but with bad credit you cant get or do anything anymore. I looked in the mail box everyday waiting to see that wonderfull card that would help me get a house and let me do the one thing I have been wanting to do is rebuild my credit.

Well the package arrived and my heart sank, in it was a book a cd and some papers. NO CREDIT CARD! I was bummed but my fiance was sweet enough not to say i told you so. Needless to say, I called the company and a very nice lady told me they will refund me the money as long as I buy a tracking number send the material back and call them with the tracking number 3 days later so they can track where the package is. Mine was delivered today at 11:53 am. (i bought the next day delivery service). I spoke to a VERY RUDE man named Joey and he said my money will be refunded in 30 business days.

Its funny it doesn't take very long for them to take your money but it takes 30 days to get it back even though they have the material. I hope if your reading this you don't make the same mistake i did. DO NOT GIVE ANYONE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT OR ANYONE YOUR PERSONAL INFO OVER THE PHONE ESPECIALL IF IT IS YOUR CELL PHONE!! PC ONE IS A BAD COMPANY!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! BUT NOT UNTIL THEY PAY BACK EVERYONE THEY EVER TRICKED.
