PC-Ontime EXTREMELY Slow service, products dead on arrival, incomplete refund Pompano Florida
I ordered 4 sticks of computer memory from the company. It took them over three weeks to process my order. When it finally shipped, the RAM sticks did not come in a box and appeared to be used, not new.
When they were put into my computer, all four sticks were dead. I shipped them back to the company who then took another month to process my refund. They then forgot to refund $41.87. They have three days from right now before I take legal action against them.
