pc richards and sons is ripping me off but good.  I have not been able to use my whirlpool refrigerator for 7 weeks now. I am waiting for a door, that I was told that had to be built.  I am now spending money daily for food or sometimes my neighbor allows me to use her refrigerator.  Numuerously I have made pc richards aware that this is causing me a big hardship and it seems that since I have already paid for this refrigerator in full, it does not matter to the company.  I have spoke to two people at pc richards, whose name are Pamela, and Julie, who both said that they would check the tracking to see what was holding up my door. 

Neither one of them contacted me back at all.

It has now gotten to the point that I don't want the refrigerator door anymore, I just want the money back that I originally paid for it and I'll just get a new one for that price and the warranty time that is left on my contract that I paid for.  I paid for 10 years and have 7 years left.  Getting a new refrigerator should not make me lose my 7 years, they need to give me back partial money or transfer the warranty over.

to be honest with you I really don't want to deal with pc richards anymore, but I have to if I want to use the money that will be credit to me for a new refrigerator if that is what they are going to do.

This is now the last 3 strraw with this company, but that is another story for another day.
