Pc Salvage is the last place you want to go to recycle your electronics. It is a small business owned by a man that will screw over his own loyal employees for a buck. I was employed there along with two other friends during 2002. The entire 10 - 11 months, we worked 40 hour work weeks. We were offered minimum wage for very laborious work, which would have been fine... if we were ever paid. Months would go by before we would get a single check for $550. By the time he had owed me nearly $5,000, he accused me of stealing merchandise(so much for the surveillance we set up) and "suspended" me. My other two co-workers had already been shafted a good $3,000 before they got smart and quit. I later learned that the same thing had happened to his previous employees and am quite sure his current employees are hoping (as I was when I was employed there) that they will be given the money-owed and the pay raises he so often promises. I moved on to bigger and better, but PC Salvage is still a total RIPOFF!

This man's report is either a straight out lie or he is so delsional it is hysterical. I am a former employee of PC Salvage and I loved it there. The owner worked exceedingly hard to make sure we were paid on time, every time, and he went out of his way to show that we were appreciated. I have seen the initial reporter's file and I have seen all the check stubs. He was paid for all time. I have also seen the police report filed on him.
PC Salvage is the best place to take your electronics for recycling! Not only because it is all disposed of properly and to standard, but everything that comes in there STAYS in the United States, which means there are less Chinese children dying from lead poisoning and more local people working.
The owner is always upfront about costs and salary, and gives clear expectations of all his employees.
