PC Tools Auto Renewal BOGUS charge to my bank account, Internet
We recently discovered a "renewal" charge of $29.99 to our bank account on-line. The charge was from PC Tools. A company we have never heard of offering a product we have never ordered or used.
Trying to contact them directly is a JOKE. No customer support link, no phone number, no way to contact directly.
No idea how they gained access to our account (like so many others who shop on-line I suppose).
Any information on how to contact them directly and deal with an English speaking human being would be very much appreciated.

I did some digging around, and it looks like Symantec may be the parent corporation for PC Tools. Here is some of the contact information I found...
