I was at Wal-Mart at 221 NE 104th Ave. Vancouver, WA about a month ago now, when I decided to stop by the studio and ask about the special going on at the time.

I was greated by the male manager and as I was walking away, I heard him tell the female employee "That's the b***h that's alway trying to get free pictures". I went back and confronted him about this and he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. My response to him was, I'm the only female here other than the one in the back getting her picture taken and your female associate.

Due to a family emergency I was unable to call customer service for about 10days and report this incident. I was assured that the district manager would call me back within 48 hours.

Again due to family emergency I didn't call back for about two weeks. While talking to the customer service rep. I expressed my dissatisfication with the way this situation was handled and that they were going to loose a vauled customer which they could look up on their records.

While talking with this same customer service rep who asked me to repeat what my original complaint said she would send me a certificate for a free set of pictures as it's been a year since they have done anything for me, the customer services supervisor and the district manager would call me back immediately.

As of today's listing, there has been no phone calls and no certificate in the mail.
