I first entrolled in the Medical Office Assistant program via PCDI Canada/Ashworth College on August 17th, 2015. While I had read some horror stories about the school, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as I felt the program was perfect for me as I suffer from a chronic condition that would disallow me to be able to attend a College in-person every single day. Things were great for the first few days. However, approximately one week into my enrollment, my support tickets to PCDI/Ashworth started going ignored. Little questions such as things regarding my tests. Whereas in the beginning, my support tickets would be answered almost immediately, or 12 hours later max.

On August 27th, 2015, I paid my $44 fee (I opted to go the monthly route.) It wasn't due until September 17th, but I figured I would pay it early since I had the means to do so. Upon payment, my due date should have changed to October 17th. However, it still states that my due date is September 17th. Obviously this is an error on their website.

I sent a support request in regards to the above matter, as well, and again...ignored.

I am beginning to think that I should have listened to all of the horror stories people have posted here on Ripoff Report and other sites about this school.

I have filed a complaint against PCDI/Ashworth with the Better Business Bureau and I plan on going to the RCMP and filing Fraud charges against them if they do not respond to my support tickets/e-mails within 24 hours.

PCDI/Ashworth is clearly only out for people's money, and once you're in a binding contract they seemingly have no intention of ever contacting you back. STAY AWAY.
